Shipping
Free shipping is available to any business or residence in the contiguous 48 states (the connecting mainland states only; free shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii). Our heavy-duty fire pits are shipped on an 18 wheeler equipped with a lift gate. The freight carrier will only deliver curbside, so be sure to have some strong friends available to help move your pit to your backyard. We recommend 2-5 strong friends depending on the fire pit you’ve ordered. Our pits are beefy and weigh between 100 pounds and 400 pounds, depending on size.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and depending on the shipping provider. Most orders ship within 5-7 business days from our warehouse. Once your HEAVY DUTY FIRE PIT ships, you'll receive an email complete with freight contact and tracking information. Shipping dates are only estimates.
Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery less shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Be sure to inspect all shipments for any freight damage. A claim must be filed with the carrier for any damage at the time of delivery. DO NOT accept or receive any damaged products! Should any of our heavy-duty fire pits or other products experience damage during transit and delivery, we will work with you towards a solution. Be sure to contact us right away.
